Explanation of permissions requested:

YOUR LOCATION: to compute sunrise, sunset, and local zone
NETWORK COMMUNICATION: optional, for looking up locations not in internal database
READ PHONE and NETWORK STATE: to ensure you're online before looking up locations, and to mute alarms while you're on the phone
STORAGE: for caching of daylight imagery
SYSTEM TOOLS: to make alarms work and set the phone's time zone
